A movement is growing in Howe Sound and it could include you.

Our program focuses on four themes

Camp Suzuki: Howe Sound offers a rare opportunity to hone your environmental leadership skills and connect with nature on an isolated island.

The program empowers children and young adults to champion conservation in their own magnificent region. Spend a week in the outdoors connecting to the natural world, expand your mind and build friendships.

Camp themes focus on Squamish Nation culture and language, community organizing, conservation leadership and Howe Sound ecosystems.

Sarika spending time in nature as a child.

Sarika spending time in nature as a child.

My best childhood memories are of those I spent outside — time spent camping, collecting salamanders and exploring the ocean influenced me profoundly.

These days it can be difficult to get away from technology and every day distractions. Here’s a chance to spend time reconnecting with what really matters and makes us happy: nature and each other.
— Sarika Cullis-Suzuki, David Suzuki's daughter and David Suzuki Foundation board member
